Machine-Readable Content

Machine-readable content is content structured and tagged so that software, not just human readers, can parse, interpret, and act on it automatically. Structured formats like DITA (Darwin Information Typing Architecture) XML are machine-readable by design, which is why the same content can power an AI answer engine, an in-product help widget, and a support chatbot without being rewritten for each.
